Started out the morning with more work on the house.
The last of the wallpaper coming off in the kitchen so we can get this baby painted.
While they worked, I went out to get my hair done.
This evening we went to the DIRECTV company picnic at ONEOK Field. Cotton candy for all!
SUGAR!
Yummy hamburgers and sides for dinner.
The kids enjoyed the fun water slides.
They even had an amazing slip 'n' slide.
After everyone got chilly, thank you late Spring, the kids headed to the dry zone.
The kids waiting with a new "best friend" for the obstacle course. Throughout the course of the day they made at least four new friends. We even made friends with a new couple that we were sitting with as our kids played. Exchanged phone numbers for playdate plans. Community at its best.
JUMP
Jump some more.
Zoe freaked out at the top her first try. She was very brave to go again and fell in love with it.
We tried having a seat and watching the game, but Tobyn was freaking out. Apparently, he realized there would be fireworks and he thought they were going to happen at any moment.
Learning some deep breathing techniques with Rod.
Coming down from the sugar high.
So thankful for my partner on this journey of life.
Dads and Moms who parent alone are my heroes.
Finding grasshoppers in the field.
